I’m about 10 days late with this post, but hey, it’s better late than never ;) Looking back, 2015 was a year full of change. There were many ups and downs with some challenges along the way. Wholesomely Homemade was put on hold for a few months here and there, but I couldn’t be happier for the point which I am at in my life now and most importantly, the person that I’ve grown into. Looking forward to a fresh new year, and wishing everyone plenty of health, love and happiness.
Guilt-free pancakes, made without any flour, butter, milk or refined sugars. These super cakes are packed with protein and made with only ‘clean’ ingredients like almond milk, coconut oil, eggs, and the star ingredient here, almond flour (or simply put, ground almonds).
A traditional Greek classic that is loved by many. Made either vegetarian or with meat, and are great as left overs. Stuffed peppers are one of my favourite Greek dishes. They’re so versatile, super filling and totaly delicious.
